Controlling the piling process has never been this easyThe piling data can be filled in beforehand in the PMO management software at the office. The user can log into the software at www.ipiler.com. The pre-completed piling information can be stored on a USB memory stick, from which the data is easy to transfer to the PCD in the pile driving rig. The control device can be adjusted to different demands of a piling site and to various measuring ways of final blows. It counts either the number of final blows by a certain penetration or the penetration by a certain number of final blows. The control device can be used in both metric and imperial measuring systems. The pre-completed piling data in the PCD system is easily accessible to the driver. The driver chooses the right piles from the pre-completed data as the piling work goes on. As the work proceeds, the control device automatically saves the number of strokes, the inclination of the leader, the drop height of the hammer, the energy of the stroke and the penetration of the pile. The driver can comment on each pile’s data – for example, the pile’s location, pile level and joints, or he can also add notes. Cameras can be attached to the control device, so that the driver is able to monitor the different functions of the machine more easily. The piling information stored in the control device can be transferred into the PMO software with a USB memory stick. The management software enables different kinds of site reports. The data on the executed piling in the site can be compiled to a single report, or the data of each pile in the site can be presented in a more detailed report. If necessary, the piling data can be transferred to the Microsoft Excel spread sheet application for customised piling reports and analyses. |
![]() Intelligent monitoringThe intelligent PCD measuring system monitors the piling process and stores all kinds of piling data, such as the number of strokes, stroke height, pile’s penetration, stroke energy and leader’s inclination. The PCD can be adjusted to the different demands of the piling site and different measuring ways of the final blows. The device enables comments on pile levels, pile joints, etc. We have gathered different product setups to match your needs. Find out more from products... |
